MUCH OF WHAT APPEARS HERE IS NOT THE FINISHED WORK, BUT ITS BECOMING. THE SKETCH BEFORE THE CLAY. THE CLAY BEFORE THE MOLD. THE MOLD BEFORE THE POUR. THE VARIATIONS THAT ARE KEPT, AND THOSE THAT ARE LEFT BEHIND.

Selected Works brings together finished work from the Offrande practice, available for acquisition.

Marceau Medallion is the first Offrande work available by inquiry, presented in Citrine d’Eau. The relief begins with a sculpted form taken into a mold. We paint with glass, laying crushed color and fragments into its contours.

Held just off the wall, the glass receives light from behind. Changes in thickness become visible through passages of light and shadow, revealing the depth of the relief and the color composed within it.
